To send us a device in need of service or repair simply contact us for an estimate.
Once you've received a quote, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label attached as a PDF document. Simply print this label out, attach it to the box in which your device is securely packaged, and send via USPS! You will also receive a Work Authorization, which is to be printed, signed, and included in your package.
Once we receive your device, usually within 2-3 business days we will then inspect your device. We will then contact you for your approval. Once approved, a technician will begin your devices repair immediately. Once repaired and tested we will immediately ship it back to you!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that you are responsible for inbound shipping of your device to us. You must securely package, pay for, and ship your device to us. We cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged packages in transit to us. The additional postage charge only covers the shipping after we have repaired the device and are returning it to you.
